Refund policy

At Different, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return your item to us.

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return or exchange a garment, please send it to the following address:

Once we receive your return, we will process either an exchange or a refund based on your preference.

Please note: Sale items are non-returnable.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@differentwear.co.za to initiate the return.
  2. Ship the item to the return address provided above.
  3. If the requested exchange is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
  4. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

 Note: We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund. Returns may be declined if the item is damaged, worn, or not in its original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
